The fields a Polish invoice is expected to carry
The template keeps the layout steady. What goes in the fields depends on your situation, and in Poland the recipient's accounts department is particular about several of them.

The ones people leave out
NIP for both sides
The tax identification number of the buyer and the seller. An invoice without the buyer's NIP is the most common reason it comes back.
Two dates, not one
The issue date and the date of sale or delivery are separate fields and often differ. Accounts post by one and check the other.
The rate on each line
Not a single rate for the document: different items can carry different rates, and the template keeps the column rather than deciding for you.
The payment term
A date, not “14 days”. The reader should not have to count from an issue date they have to find first.
What the template does not do
It does not keep your numbering across the year, does not pick the rate, and keeps no ledger. It is a sheet to fill in and send.
